In this workshop, through the presentations of the speakers, the Association will be able to correctly assess the position, role, and prestige corresponding to the potential of media power; the reasons why the image of the Association has not been communicated effectively; thereby providing solutions for the press and the Association to carry out effective communication work.
Mr. Le Nghiem - Vice President of Vietnam Digital Communications Association said that in the context of rapid development of science , engineering and technology in Vietnam, Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations needs to build a strong and effective communication strategy to honor and create a positive image of the Union of Science and Technology Associations, while attracting attention and support from the scientific community, intellectuals and partners.
In addition, it is necessary to identify the core message that the Association wants to convey; Develop a multimedia communication plan, focusing on key media; create attractive content about the scientific, technical and technological achievements of member associations, emphasizing the positive and practical values that the Association brings to the community.

Journalist Tran Trong An - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of New Family Electronic Magazine said that the Association needs to improve brand recognition and awareness; choose effective communication ambassadors; and define clear communication messages.
The activities of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations are associated with scientific and technological activities and the dissemination of knowledge. Therefore, in addition to the mainstream press, we need to spread the images and activities of individuals, member units and the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations on social networking platforms.
Journalist Vu Xuan Ban - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Culture and Development Magazine suggested that the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations should continue to organize meetings and provide information on press work quarterly, which is very necessary, helping the press agencies of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations have the conditions to express their thoughts and aspirations.

In addition, the Communication and Knowledge Dissemination Board needs to study and propose to the leaders of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations to organize the Outstanding Science, Technology and Social Culture Press Award to honor press agencies, authors and scientists with outstanding achievements in propaganda activities, dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge, economic development, and social culture in the press system of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.
