Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, emphasized that the volume and work requirements of the internal affairs sector last year were very large.

In 2025, the home affairs sector needs to be more proactive and decisive, and coordinate closely inside and outside the sector to perform its tasks well.

The review to propose amendments, replacements and promulgation of legal documents needs to be more timely. Continue to improve the capacity of professional staff, especially in digital transformation.

With the important task of arranging and streamlining the apparatus, the home affairs sector continues to actively advise on implementation when the Project on arranging the apparatus of specialized agencies under the People's Committees at provincial and district levels is approved.

Proactively prepare and specify tasks and duties to be ready when there are instructions and documents from the Central Government, ensuring no interruptions when streamlining the apparatus or delays causing work congestion.

Noting that the work areas when merging the two sectors of home affairs and labor, war invalids and social affairs are very important and heavy, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the cadres, civil servants and public employees of the home affairs sector make efforts, be determined and implement effectively.

In 2024, the Hai Duong provincial home affairs sector successfully completed the assigned political tasks.
