The staff and employees in the entire industry are always sincere, friendly, and united with colleagues; effectively implementing the regulations on ethical standards. The industry focuses on streamlining the apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently, associated with restructuring and improving the quality of the staff and employees. The process of performing tasks is increasingly specialized; the process and procedures for performing tasks are increasingly improved in the direction of clear responsibilities, specific requirements and quality; demonstrating professionalism, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of performing tasks.
Along with that, the civil servants and public employees in the whole industry always strictly implement the contents of the grassroots democracy regulations; have a sense of responsibility in all fields, practice serious working style and manners, create a friendly atmosphere, promote openness and mutual trust. Some departments and units also work outside of office hours to serve, such as: Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum, Monument Management Board, Provincial Library, Cultural - Cinema Center, Art Troupe... With the nature of work that regularly contacts domestic and foreign organizations and tourists, civil servants and public employees in the industry strictly comply with the regulations on promulgated ethical standards; there are no negative feedbacks from organizations and individuals about communication and behavior. From there, build the image, style and working manner of the civil servants and public employees in the Culture, Sports and Tourism industry as professional, scientific , disciplined, creative, always dedicated in performing their duties.
At the workplace, the entire industry always ensures that employees wear beautiful, appropriate uniforms for their assigned tasks. Some units also design their own uniforms, such as: Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum, Provincial Library... In addition, all departments and units under the industry regularly clean the environment and plant trees in the office area. Thereby, creating a clean, friendly working environment and space.
Currently, the Provincial Monument Management Board has 75 officers, civil servants and workers; of which, about 50 officers and workers welcome tourists at 6 tourist attractions. The unit always identifies office culture as including many areas, from work attire, formal attire, communication style, behavior in performing tasks, office and office layout, style, spirit, attitude, responsibility in performing work... These factors contribute to forming and building the behavioral style of officers and workers in the unit. Ms. Pham Thi Thao, Deputy Director of the Provincial Relic Management Board, said: “The unit always promotes the spirit of solidarity, closeness, and high responsibility of each member to improve discipline, administrative discipline, and build prestige in the unit... With the characteristic of being a unit that regularly serves visitors to visit, learn, and research; the unit has built specific rules and regulations to build the image of the unit's officials and workers as always friendly and hospitable. The unit has made a common uniform for officials, employees, and workers, requiring them to wear it on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays every week. It is both polite, formal, and professional, and anyone who looks at it can recognize that they are employees of the Provincial Relic Management Board. As for tour guides serving tourists at relic sites, they are required to wear traditional Thai ethnic costumes on all working days. At the same time, regularly clean the unit's green and clean environment, in which they coordinate with military units to carry out currently planting trees, cutting grass, decorating with flags, flowers...
If discipline directly affects the effectiveness of work, then the office culture factor plays a very important role in creating attitudes and working environment.
