Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park is invested and developed by Sumitomo Corporation (Japan) with an area of over 213 hectares in Binh Xuyen commune. This is a well-planned project with synchronous infrastructure according to international standards, from electricity supply, water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment to internal traffic system. Along with the location just over 30 km from Hanoi, near Noi Bai International Airport and major seaports in the North, it has created an outstanding competitive advantage.

According to the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, up to now, Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park has attracted 48 projects, including 39 FDI projects with a total capital of over 226 million USD and 9 DDI projects worth over 600 billion VND. The occupancy rate has reached 95% of the area, currently there are 36 enterprises in operation, creating jobs for nearly 13,000 workers, of which more than 12,600 are Vietnamese.

Lumi Factory exports products to many countries, creating jobs for nearly 1,000 workers.

Mr. Hoang Long Bien - Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board emphasized: "The success of Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park is not only due to its location or modern infrastructure, but also due to its strategic orientation, only attracting high-tech, clean, and environmentally friendly projects. This is an important difference, making many Japanese, Korean, and European investors trust and choose it when looking for a location in Vietnam."

All infrastructure items are designed according to international standards, with special attention to modern wastewater treatment systems, solid waste management, energy saving and carbon emission reduction. One of the typical enterprises in the industrial park is CNCTech Group, implementing many projects in industrial plastic production, precision mechanics and smart factories. These projects not only create jobs for thousands of workers but also contribute to the formation of a supporting industrial ecosystem, helping FDI enterprises reduce their dependence on imported components.

In particular, in the field of electronic technology and smart devices, the Lumi Factory project - a smart home device manufacturing factory - has become a bright spot. This is a pioneering Vietnamese enterprise, choosing Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park as the place to set up its production and research center, in order to expand its scale, improve product quality, and conquer the international market.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai - Director of Lumi Factory affirmed: “As a start-up in the technology field, we chose Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park because of its modern infrastructure, transparent investment environment and timely support from the government. This is an important foundation for Lumi to expand production, research, and bring Make in Vietnam smart home products to the world.”

In 2024 alone, Lumi Factory recorded a revenue growth of more than 30%, exported products to over 15 countries, and created jobs for nearly 1,000 highly skilled workers. Not only stopping at production, Lumi is building an R&D center right in the Industrial Park, aiming to develop core technology products owned by Vietnamese people, while training a team of engineers and experts to improve national competitiveness in the high-tech field.

High-tech projects such as CNCTech, Lumi Factory, CSI Semicon, UTI Semitech... have been affirming the position of Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park as an attractive destination, a place where both multinational corporations and Vietnamese enterprises with aspirations to reach out to the world converge.

In particular, tens of thousands of workers have stable jobs, improved income, contributing to improving people's lives.
