* From November 7 to 11, a delegation from Nghe An province led by Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and worked in Japan. This visit is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam - Japan diplomatic relations in Nghe An province.

* On the morning of November 9, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department organized a training course on speaking skills, providing information to the press and handling media crises for leaders of District Party Committees, People's Committees, and Cultural, Sports and Communication Centers of districts and cities.

*On the morning of November 9, the Steering Committee for implementing Decision No. 2036/QD-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense on approving the Project to improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the armed forces of Military Region 4 in special areas in the Military Region for the period 2023-2030, Nghe An province held an online conference to disseminate and implement the Project.
