* From September 7-9, in Huzhou city, Zhejiang province, China, within the framework of the visit and working with Chinese enterprises and investors, the Nghe An province delegation organized a seminar to promote investment in the province.
Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the delegation chaired the seminar. Participating in the seminar were enterprises of Zhejiang province.
Speaking at the seminar, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that in the context of complicated developments in the world economy , Nghe An is still an attractive destination for foreign investors with 129 investment projects from 14 countries/territories with a total registered investment capital of nearly 3.7 billion USD. Of which, Hong Kong, China ranked first in terms of the number of projects and investment capital in Nghe An province with 38 projects and a total registered investment capital of nearly 2 billion USD.
* Nghe An builds a new operating budget for commune-level socio -political organizations and mass mobilization groups in hamlets, blocks, and villages.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee proposed a fixed operating budget for the Commune Fatherland Front; commune-level socio-political organizations including: Veterans Association, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
The operating budget for the People's Mobilization Groups in hamlets and villages is also specified in detail by the Provincial People's Committee.
*On September 8, the Food Safety Steering Committee of Nghe An province issued Document No. 2834/BCĐ-SYT on strengthening food safety assurance during the Mid-Autumn Festival 2023. The Food Safety Steering Committee of Nghe An province requested departments, branches, sectors; provincial-level mass organizations; People's Committees of districts, towns and Vinh city to direct functional departments and relevant agencies and units to continue to effectively implement Directive No. 17-CT/TW dated October 21, 2022 of the Secretariat; Directive 17/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on continuing to strengthen the responsibility of state management of food safety in the new situation; Plan No. 167-KH/TU dated March 14, 2023 of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on implementing Directive No. 17-CT TW dated October 21, 2022 of the Secretariat on strengthening food security and safety in the new situation.
*Nghe An will organize many activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army. Activities include: Propaganda, education, emulation, rewards; military and defense activities; cultural, literary, artistic, sports, and exhibition activities; discussion, meeting, and exchange activities; policy activities, mass mobilization, gratitude; and defense foreign affairs activities.
* After the Thanh Tam Traditional Medicine Hospital project and the Viet Nhat High Quality Vocational Training Center project, recently, the Multi-functional Cinema Center project invested by 12/9 Cinema Joint Stock Company was proposed to reconsider its enjoyment of socialization incentive policies.
