Artist Quang Teo failed to receive the title of People's Artist.

The 10th conferment of the People's Artist and Meritorious Artist titles was carried out in accordance with Decree No. 89/2014 and Decree No. 40/2021. By December 2022, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism had completed the final meeting of the 3 Council levels of the conferment conferment.

The Ministry has also completed the dossier for considering the awarding of the title of People's Artist to 136 Meritorious Artists and considering the awarding of the title of Meritorious Artist to 347 artists in the 10th consideration period to submit to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Central Emulation and Reward Committee in accordance with regulations.
