Some residents said that it rained both morning and afternoon today, making travel very difficult. "In the morning, it took me more than 2 hours to travel 3km to get to the company, and now it's jammed because of the rain," said Mr. Le Trong Hieu (living in Hoang Mai district).

Many people are fed up with the "combo" of traffic jams and rain.

In Xa Dan area, traffic is congested and moving slowly.

At Nguyen Van Cu street (Long Bien district) at 5:00 p.m., it was raining heavily, making it difficult for vehicle owners to move.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that today and tomorrow (September 16-17), heavy rain will continue in the Southern, Central Highlands, South Central and Northern provinces, with heavy to very heavy rain in many places, and flooding in the North will remain complicated.
