In particular, providing medical examinations for the elderly; giving 106 free exercise cards to the elderly; giving gifts to 250 elderly people and people in difficult circumstances; providing regular allowances for 11 children in special circumstances (VND 1.5 million/month/case); organizing charity meals for 150 elderly people.
