At the final night, the contestants went through the following rounds: traditional ao dai performance, national costume performance, swimsuit performance, and behavior. Beauty Tran Huyen Anh (registration number 247) surpassed 27 contestants to be crowned Miss Northwest Tourism - Sa Pa 2023, 1st runner-up was Nguyen Bach Van (registration number 825), 2nd runner-up was Nguyen Khanh Linh (registration number 412). The Top 3 crowned Miss Northwest Tourism - Sa Pa 2023 will be selected directly to the final round of Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024.

The Miss Northwest Tourism - Sa Pa 2023 contest is one of the annual beauty contests organized on a large scale and professionally in response to Resolution 103/NQ-CP dated October 6, 2017 of the Government on the Action Program to implement Resolution 08-NQ/TW of the 12th Politburo on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector; creating favorable conditions for people to directly participate in business and benefit from tourism; building a civilized and friendly tourism community in dealing with tourists; promoting the role of businesses and professional social organizations in tourism development.
