X55 Navy Factory organized a contest for excellent Party cell secretaries.

On September 6, in Can Tho City, the Party Committee of Factory X55 (Department of Logistics and Engineering, Navy) held the closing ceremony of the 2025 Excellent Party Cell Secretary Contest. Colonel Vu Khac Tri, Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Factory, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest chaired.

The contest took place over two days, with the participation of 13 comrades who were secretaries and deputy secretaries of Party cells under the Factory Party Committee. The contest content included: Checking the Party cell's accounting system; testing awareness through multiple-choice and oral tests; practicing organizing and maintaining Party cell activities; inspection, supervision, enforcement of Party discipline and organizing Party member admission ceremonies.

Through the competitions, many candidates demonstrated their mettle, qualifications, methods, and working style; were calm and confident in answering questions. The knowledge and skills of leadership and management of the Party cell were flexibly applied, closely related to the practical tasks at the unit.

In his closing speech, Colonel Vu Khac Tri praised the sense of responsibility, efforts and endeavors of the contestants during their participation. He requested that after the contest, the team of Party cell secretaries and deputy secretaries continue to promote the achieved results, effectively apply knowledge and skills to practical work, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization; building a strong, comprehensive "exemplary, typical" unit, successfully completing assigned political tasks.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 2 third prizes and 2 consolation prizes to contestants with high achievements, demonstrating good theoretical knowledge and situation handling skills in Party work at the grassroots level.

On this occasion, the Factory organized propaganda and launched a fundraising campaign to support the Cuban people on the occasion of the "65th anniversary of Vietnam - Cuba Friendship". The total amount of money contributed by the Factory's staff, workers and employees to date is nearly 20 million VND.
