Many interesting experiences at Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair 2024

On the morning of September 5, the Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair took place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), attracting 700 leaders from the world's leading organizations and businesses in the tourism industry from 38 countries and territories.

Ms. Nor Hayati Zainuddin, Director of the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Agency in Vietnam, said that Vietnam is an important source market for Malaysia.

Strong promotional initiatives are needed for Malaysia to attract more Vietnamese tourists along with the opening of new direct flights such as Da Nang to Kuala Lumpur.

At the Japanese booth, visitors can try wearing Yukata costumes and take photos with Japanese landscapes, experience the art of Origami and participate in games to receive many interesting gifts.

Mr. Uchida Shusuke, Deputy Chief Representative of Japan Tourism Promotion Agency   in Vietnam said, based on the theme message "Local experience, diverse discovery", this time the office introduces the attractiveness of many localities and regions in Japan.

"Along with the travel, culinary and cultural experiences that can only be found in Japan, we hope that Vietnamese tourists will come and discover the new beauty and appeal of Japanese tourism," said Mr. Uchida Shusuke.

Korea Tourism Organization Bring to the Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair 2024 a unique experiential space with the theme of experiencing a traditional Korean market, combined with exploring the Korean wave (Hallyu).

At the Japanese booth, the attractiveness of many localities and regions was introduced.

"We hope that visitors to the fair will love the Korean booth, as well as receive a lot of useful information, and choose Korea for their upcoming trip," said Mr. Lee Jae Hoon, Chief Representative of the Korean Tourism Agency in Vietnam.
