Many 'hot' issues will be discussed at the Smart City conference

The Vietnam - Asia Smart City Conference 2024 will take place on December 2-3, 2024, organized by the Department of Information and Communications of Hanoi City in coordination with the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA). This year's theme is "Smart City - Digital Economy - Sustainable Development", expected to attract 2,000 delegates from across the country and internationally.

Sharing at the pre-conference information session, leaders of the Department and VINASA said the event will present many technology solutions and management strategies to help cities modernize infrastructure and develop smart and sustainable services for residents.

The program will have 8 discussion sessions on current "hot" topics including: Smart City - Digital Economy - Sustainable Development, Smart City - Flexible City Management and Operation based on data; Solutions, Infrastructure, Digital Platforms to promote digital economy and sustainable development; Semiconductor Industry Strategy: New driving force for Vietnam and Hanoi ; Excellent technology solutions to promote green, smart cities; Green, smart mobility for sustainable smart cities; NetZero-Environment and Energy towards zero-emission cities by 2050; Smart homes for health and convenience...

Also within the framework of the conference will be the awarding ceremony of the Smart City Award and the VietFuture Award - an innovative start-up award for students. There will also be sideline exhibitions and business networking activities.

The Vietnam - Asia Smart City Conference 2024 is organized to accompany the Government, agencies, ministries, branches and enterprises in orienting, developing and promoting the application of smart technology in Vietnam, while creating a mark on the development of smart cities in Vietnam, creating a destination for investors in the region and the world.
