Who stops paying health insurance but still enjoys maximum benefits?
Even though they have stopped paying, some health insurance participants are still considered to be continuously maintained and enjoy the highest level of benefits: 100% payment of medical examination and treatment costs. This regulation is clearly stated in Decree 188/2025/ND-CP, applied to 6 special cases to ensure legitimate rights for participants.
