Accordingly, recently, Lam Dong Social Insurance received information from people, especially pensioners in the province, about receiving calls claiming to be officials of the provincial Social Insurance agency or grassroots Social Insurance. The subjects requested to provide personal information, click on strange links to synchronize with social insurance and health insurance data into the VneID application or to serve the purpose of increasing pensions.

The provincial Social Insurance has collected from employees and people providing fake phone numbers including: 0902.284.434, 0592.054.741, 0932.190.970, 0824.089.601, 0931.998.037...

This action is not in accordance with the working process, instructions, and work contacts of the Lam Dong province Social Insurance officers, causing confusion or intentionally defrauding people and workers when participating in and enjoying social insurance and health insurance regimes, affecting the reputation and image of the local Social Insurance sector.

Social Insurance recommends that people should increase their updates on policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance; regularly monitor announcements from authorities about methods and tricks of crime and fraud on mass media; research, check, and verify before making transactions online.
