Le The Quang with first prize in national Biology

Winning First Prize at the National High School Excellence Exam for the 2022-2023 school year with a high score of 28.5/40 points, participating in the qualifying round to select the team for the International Biology Olympiad, Le The Quang, a 12th grade student majoring in Biology at Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted, has brought pride to his family, teachers, school and the Ninh Binh Education sector.

During his 3 years in high school, Le The Quang continuously won first prize in the school-level excellent student competition; first prize in the Ha Nam Ninh region excellent student competition; first prize in the coastal and northern delta region excellent student competition. Notably, in grade 11, he participated in the national excellent student competition and won third prize; in grade 12, he participated in the competition and won the highest prize.

The Quang said that the national excellent student selection exam is an intellectual playground that helps him have the opportunity to demonstrate his abilities and satisfy his passion for the subject he loves. "Although Biology is a complex, difficult subject and closely related to life, the more I study, the more interesting I find it. Nguyen Vu Phuong Anh - female student won first prize in Math at provincial level

Nguyen Vu Phuong Anh, class 9D, Dinh Tien Hoang Secondary School (Hoa Lu district) is an excellent student in all aspects, in which she especially loves and is passionate about Math. Her achievements in Math have made many people admire her, such as: Grade 7 won first prize in the district-level excellent student competition; Grade 8 won second prize in Math in the district-level excellent student competition; Grade 9 won first prize in the district-level excellent student competition and won first prize in Math in the provincial excellent student competition.

Sharing about her study results, Phuong Anh said: I love and choose Math because of the calculations and interesting numbers of Math related to real life. Not only that, Math is also a subject that helps students practice the habit of concentrating, solving real problems quickly and effectively.

For me, studying Math is a passion and I personally love to conquer difficult Math problems. Studying Math has helped me gain more thinking skills in studying and practicing in many other subjects. Through a period of training and striving, I was selected as an official member of the Hoa Lu District Math team to participate in the Provincial 9th Grade Excellent Student Competition. I have always tried my best to learn from teachers, friends, and improve my knowledge in many different ways with the highest determination.

Winning the first prize in the provincial Math competition is a very proud achievement for her. Nguyen Duy Khanh, class 12A, Nho Quan A High School has come closer to his dream of becoming a medical student when he won the first prize at the provincial level in Biology and the B00 combination subject (including Math, Chemistry, Biology), and the second prize at the provincial level in Math and Chemistry at the Provincial Excellent Student Competition for the 2022-2023 school year. Dreaming of becoming a doctor since he was a child to treat the poor and help many people in difficult circumstances in life, student Nguyen Duy Khanh has built a study plan and set specific goals for each school year to achieve his dream. He is good at all subjects, but Nguyen Duy Khanh has outstanding qualities in natural subjects.

Nguyen Duy Khanh shared: During the learning process, I paid close attention to self-study methods and discipline, and followed the study time set for daily subjects. During school hours, I tried to listen and memorize what the teachers taught, advanced knowledge, and exam types that the teachers reviewed. During my study time at home, I divided it into different types of exercises, regularly reviewed and practiced. I did exercises in reference books assigned by teachers and searched for and collected good types of exercises on the Internet to practice my knowledge. I regularly discussed with friends about good types of exercises and solutions. Participating in quality exams was an opportunity for me to practice, self-evaluate my abilities, and adjust my study methods accordingly. Through the exams, Nguyen Duy Khanh was always in the top of the school in natural subjects.
