Training on knowledge of natural disaster prevention and climate change adaptation for women members

On the afternoon of October 1, the Provincial Women's Union organized a training conference on disaster prevention and climate change adaptation for 100 women members of Dong Hoa Lu ward.

Officers of the Department of Agriculture and Environment presented the topic "Some new points of the Law on Environmental Protection 2020" and shared knowledge on environmental protection at the training session.

Delegates also exchanged and discussed new models and good ideas in responding to climate change and protecting the environment.

Through training, members are able to improve their knowledge, foster skills in waste classification, use energy economically, reduce disposable plastic waste, and build a "5 no, 3 clean" family. At the same time, each female cadre and member is encouraged to become an active propagandist, mobilizing relatives and the community to practice a civilized lifestyle, maintain environmental hygiene, proactively participate in responding to climate change, and contribute to building an increasingly green, clean, and beautiful homeland.
