Ninh Giang invests 4.5 billion VND to renovate the place where the District Party Committee was established.

The People's Council of Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong) has just decided to invest in the Project of Restoring and embellishing the Tay Da Pho Temple relic (also known as the Old Village Temple) in Hong Phuc commune.

The project invested in renovating and embellishing the stele house, the house in the campus and many auxiliary works.

The project has a total investment of 4.5 billion VND from public investment capital, to be implemented in 2024 and 2025; invested by the Ninh Giang District Construction Investment Management Board.

According to the Ninh Giang District People's Committee, storm No. 3 has caused severe damage to the relic. Many structures here are degraded and could collapse, posing a danger to residents and tourists who come to visit and worship.

Tay Da Pho Temple has been a provincial-level historical and cultural relic since 2005. The temple worships two generals, Truong Uy and Truong Dieu.

Many important historical events took place at the site. This is where the Hong Phuc Commune Party Committee was established and where the Congress to establish the Ninh Giang District Party Committee took place.
