The art program with the theme Ho Chi Minh City - Faith and Aspiration is an event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, organized by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, directed by the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, implemented by the City Art Center in coordination with related units, and broadcast live on Ho Chi Minh City Television.

80 years - a heroic historical journey since the fall of independence in 1945.
