NTO - Provincial National Assembly delegation worked with the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committee of Phan Rang City

On January 30, the provincial National Assembly delegation had a working session with the Department of Education and Training (DET) on supervising the implementation of policies and laws on innovation of the management organization system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units in the 2018-2023 period.

In the 2018-2023 period, the Department of Education and Training will implement the project to review and rearrange the network of schools, classes and staff and teachers in accordance with the spirit of the resolutions and plans issued by the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, up to now, the whole sector has 1,279 positions, compared to 2021, a decrease of 131 positions; the results of implementing financial autonomy of public service units are 269 units, with 261 state budget units ensuring regular expenditures and 8 units ensuring part of regular expenditures...

After listening to the report assessing the advantages, difficulties and opinions of the delegation members, comrade Dang Thi My Huong, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, acknowledged the proactive spirit of the Department of Education and Training in arranging, organizing management, and improving the efficiency of the unit's operations. She suggested that in the coming time, the sector continue to do a good job of propagating the viewpoints and objectives of reviewing and arranging public service units, arranging staff and teachers to ensure sufficient quantity and synchronous structure. Regarding difficulties in the implementation process, the delegation will synthesize and advise, propose the National Assembly, ministries and central branches to supplement and adjust appropriate policies.
