Mr. Le Ngoc Chau holds the position of Party Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee and appointed Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary.

On February 7, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel work. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee from March 1, 2025.

Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang presented the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee appointing Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. Mr. Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, holds the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. Mr. Bui Thanh Tung, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, holds the position of Deputy Secretary (full-time).

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee appointed the Party Executive Committee of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 25 officials; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 8 officials; the Party Committee's Inspection Committee consists of 3 officials. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Inspector of Hai Duong Province, holds the position of Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

The Party Committee of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has its headquarters at the Office of the People's Committee of the province, has its own seal and account, and is provided with funding and facilities to operate according to regulations. The functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of the province are implemented according to Regulation No. 260-QD/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of the province and city.

Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, gave a speech at the conference announcing decisions on organizational arrangement and personnel work.

The specialized agency advising, assisting and staffing the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee shall comply with Project No. 07-DA/TU dated February 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on ending the activities of the Party Executive Committees, Provincial Party Delegations and Party Committees of Provincial Agencies; establishing the Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned the Provincial Party Organization Committee to coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee to guide the transfer of 35 grassroots party organizations under the Provincial Agencies Party Committee to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for management according to regulations.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee also decided to transfer 15 grassroots party organizations under district, town and city party committees to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
