Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company (DXG) has just announced a board resolution on changing the company's chairman of the board of directors.

Accordingly, Mr. Luong Tri Thin - Chairman of the Board of Directors of DXG - will resign from his current position from today (July 3). After resigning from the position of head of the Board of Directors, Mr. Thin will take on a new position as Chairman of the Company's Strategy Council.

DXG's resolution clearly states that the strategic council is the body responsible for developing, planning and implementing strategies for the board of directors and executive board on investment, business and important policy issues of Dat Xanh. This council has just been approved.

Mr. Thin's successor is Mr. Luong Ngoc Huy - Deputy General Director of the company.

Thus, with this change, the composition of DXG's board of directors consists of five members. Of which, four members include: Mr. Luong Tri Thin, Bui Ngoc Duc, Ha Duc Hieu, Nguyen Pham Anh Tai.

Mr. Huy - the new chairman of DXG - still holds the position of deputy general director. Mr. Thin still holds the position of member of the board of directors according to the term approved by the general meeting of shareholders.

According to research, Dat Xanh was founded in 2003 by Mr. Luong Tri Thin, formerly Dat Xanh Real Estate Services and Construction Company Limited. Although he is no longer the chairman, Mr. Luong Tri Thin is still the largest shareholder of this company.

Meanwhile, Mr. Luong Ngoc Huy was born in 1970 in Hung Yen . In April 2024, Mr. Huy was appointed as a member of the company's board of directors and two months later, concurrently held the position of deputy general director of the company.
