Before announcing the Central Committee's Decisions, the leader of the Central Organizing Committee informed the Congress: "Recently, the Politburo has issued a policy on mobilizing, assigning, and appointing comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; these decisions will be announced and presented at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee."

Pursuant to Decision No. 2311 - QDNS/TW dated September 6, 2025 on the appointment of the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; Decision No. 2413-QDNS/TW on the transfer, assignment, and appointment to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, comrade Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Politburo also appointed Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee including: Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Giang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Huy Tuan; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Giang Thi Dung.
