Issuing the electronic handbook guiding the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune and ward levels

In order to better serve the preparation and organization of the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates at the commune and ward levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee has compiled and published an electronic handbook guiding the Congress.

The handbook fully collects instructions and guidance from the Central Government and guidance documents from the province, providing a general and scientific overview of the purpose, requirements, content, organization time, as well as personnel preparation for the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates at the commune and provincial levels in Dak Lak.

Particularly emphasizing the significance of consolidating the great national unity bloc according to Ho Chi Minh's thought and the Party's guidelines, affirming the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the cause of building the great national unity bloc and innovating the method of operation after restructuring the local government apparatus.

It is expected that the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level will be completed before October 15, 2025 and the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the provincial level will be completed before November 30, 2025.

With its convenient electronic form, the handbook becomes a useful tool, helping the congresses at commune and ward levels take place synchronously, in the right direction and achieve high efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels, towards the National Congress for the 2026 - 2031 term.
