The driver, Nguyen Hoang Minh (39 years old), residing in Phu Tam commune, Chau Thanh district (Soc Trang province), presented a class A1 driver's license, number 940229001881 issued by the Soc Trang Department of Transport and other relevant documents.

Working with the task force, Mr. Minh confessed that he bought his driver's license online, but now he can't remember who or where he bought it.

In the third case, at around 8:00 p.m. on February 9, the police received a report from the facility that a man around 30 years old named Hung Anh was driving a white 7-seat Xpander car with license plate 64A-159.40, who had previously bragged about buying a fake driver's license online, and was traveling from Vinh Long to Nam Hai, Bac Lieu .
