Approval of the policy of converting forest use to other purposes

On October 4, the Hanoi People's Council approved the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement the project: Expanding, renovating and building the People's Police College I in Thuy Xuan Tien commune (Chuong My district) and the Conservation Area in Area IV of Soc Son Cultural - Tourism Area in Phu Linh commune (Soc Son district).

Specifically, the expansion, renovation and construction of the People's Police College I in Thuy Xuan Tien commune (Chuong My district) has a total area of ​​7.27 hectares of forest land intended for conversion to other purposes.

The location for changing the purpose of forest use to another purpose is Thuy Xuan Tien commune; the location is in section 1 of sub-area 10045 in the administrative boundary of Thuy Xuan Tien commune. The forest function is a protective forest, a type of planted forest with pure acacia and eucalyptus trees and mixed acacia and eucalyptus trees.

The Conservation Area Project in Area IV of Soc Son Cultural - Tourism Area in Phu Linh Commune (Soc Son District) has a total area of ​​​​5.82 hectares of forest use purpose conversion to other purposes. Location in Phu Linh Commune (Soc Son District), located in Section 1 of Sub-area 400 on the administrative boundary of Phu Linh Commune. The function of the forest is protection with pine and acacia plantations.

The City People's Council assigns the City People's Committee to be responsible for the accuracy of records, documents, data and contents related to the policy of converting forest use purposes to other purposes, the consistency between records and the field, and compliance with legal regulations; be fully responsible before the law, only carry out conversion of forest use purposes to other purposes when ensuring that all relevant legal regulations have been fully implemented; ensure publicity, transparency, timely resolution of difficulties and problems, and at the same time handle violations (if any) according to regulations, not allowing complicated complaints that cause social disorder.
