Through on-site inspection and working at the locality, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Le Thu Ha and the central and Hanoi City agencies and functions highly appreciated the preparation process for construction and decoration to serve the inauguration ceremony of the Party Committee, government and people of Bat Chua village, Ung Thien commune so that the project was completed on schedule, with quality, and well prepared for the inauguration ceremony of the Memorial Area at 8:30 a.m. on September 28 (Sunday), in Bat Chua village, Ung Thien commune, Hanoi city.
