According to the Department of Construction's report, although road traffic infrastructure has been significantly improved, the central urban area of ​​Da Lat still has many limitations.

Specifically, the traffic system is not synchronized, lacks smooth connection between external and internal traffic, and has not closed the belt routes. Local traffic congestion still occurs frequently in the central area, affecting the daily life and economic activities of the people.

The representative of the People's Committee of Xuan Truong Ward - Da Lat proposed to pay attention to early allocation of capital to expand National Highway 20, the section passing through the central area of ​​Trai Mat.

To solve traffic congestion, the Department of Construction has proposed a list of priority traffic projects for investment. This list includes belt roads, with 5 main routes.

In addition, the Department also proposed prioritizing investment in expanding and repairing damaged and narrow main roads in the area, in order to improve traffic capacity and reduce local traffic congestion.
