The Government Office has just announced the conclusion of Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh at a working session with the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on removing difficulties and obstacles for projects in this province.

Previously, on August 23, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh led a Central working delegation to inspect two "trillion" projects in Nha Trang that had violations, and worked with the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects in this province.

For projects that must be inspected and examined to determine violations, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province to comply with the authority prescribed in the law on inspection and examination, promptly focus on implementation, and soon have results and conclusions as a basis for determining violations to remove resources.

He requested that relevant units only focus on inspecting and examining contents with signs of violations related to difficulties and problems of each project, and absolutely not take advantage of widespread inspections, causing difficulties for businesses.

For projects that are not subject to inspection, projects that have had investigation, inspection and examination conclusions confirming violations, he suggested that the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province needs to assess and classify violations based on regulations and principles of current laws to propose solutions to address the right subjects, ensuring the harmonious interests of people, businesses and the state.

In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister also suggested instructions for handling a number of backlogged and erroneous projects in Khanh Hoa.

In particular, the Song Lo Tourism and Entertainment Area project is one of the large, complicated projects, with many difficulties, problems and complaints arising over many periods (nearly 30 years), so the province unanimously proposed to assign the Government Inspectorate to urgently inspect the project and soon have a conclusion to resolve the issue.

Regarding the Bach Viet Hotel (Bavico) project , he requested the Military Region 5 Command to continue to direct and coordinate with competent authorities to execute the first-instance criminal judgment of the Military Region 5 Military Court and the appellate criminal judgment of the Central Military Court in accordance with legal regulations.

Regarding the My Gia Urban Area project , the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister requested Khanh Hoa province to review and collect project documents and conclusions of the Central Inspection Committee, report specific proposals and recommendations, and report to the Prime Minister.

For 12 projects with residential land types that do not form residential units , he also requested the province to study and propose solutions and plans to handle the project's problems according to its authority to ensure the interests of people who have fulfilled their financial obligations.

Regarding the Royal Marina Center project , he suggested that Khanh Hoa province direct the provincial police to consult the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People's Procuracy to determine the contents related to the handling of evidence and assets securing the execution of civil judgments in the case of "fraudulent appropriation of property" to have a suitable handling plan in accordance with regulations.

In addition, for BT projects with difficulties and problems in the process of implementing BT contracts, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the province to review and update information classification for each solution group according to the guidance of the Ministry of Finance to synthesize reports to competent authorities, ensuring the spirit of "harmonious benefits and risk sharing between the state and investors".
