Phu Tho adds land use targets to 2030

Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan has just signed and issued Decision No. 1399/QD-UBND, on adjusting and supplementing land use targets until 2030 allocated to districts, cities and towns in Decision No. 785/QD-UBND dated April 23, 2024 of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, for Viet Tri city, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 4,585ha; non-agricultural land 6,539ha; unused land 24ha; urban land 6,387ha; agricultural production area 1,292ha; forestry area 271ha; nature and biodiversity conservation area 119ha; industrial development area 410ha; commercial - service area 130ha; rural residential area 4,345ha.

For Phu Tho town, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 3,581ha; non-agricultural land 2,915ha; unused land 24ha; urban land 2,369ha; agricultural production area 779ha; forestry area 527ha; industrial development area 455ha; commercial - service area 70ha; rural residential area 1,186ha.

For Cam Khe district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 16,871ha; non-agricultural land 6,453ha; unused land 68ha; urban land 2,809ha; agricultural production area 3,525ha; forestry area 4,077ha; industrial development area 555ha; commercial - service area 73ha; rural residential area 5,507ha.

For Doan Hung district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 24,707ha; non-agricultural land 5,515ha; unused land 64ha; urban land 1,168ha; agricultural production area 3,349ha; forestry area 11,643ha; nature and biodiversity conservation area 607ha; industrial development area 323ha; commercial - service area 56ha; rural residential area 5,649ha.

For Ha Hoa district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 26,206ha; non-agricultural land 7,885ha; unused land 60ha; urban land 1,555ha; agricultural production area 3,557ha; forestry area 11,870ha; nature and biodiversity conservation area 670ha; industrial development area 610ha; commercial - service area 166ha; rural residential area 4,203ha.

For Lam Thao district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 5,595ha; non-agricultural land 4,221ha; unused land 19ha; urban land 1,026ha; agricultural production area 3,004ha; forestry area 66ha; industrial development area 112ha; commercial - service area 48ha; rural residential area 1,957ha.

For Phu Ninh district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 10,876ha; non-agricultural land 4,828ha; unused land 34ha; urban land 1,500ha; agricultural production area 2,319ha; forestry area 2,247ha; nature and biodiversity conservation area 23ha; industrial development area 371ha; commercial - service area 70ha; rural residential area 6,769ha.

For Tam Nong district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 10,454ha; non-agricultural land 4,944ha; unused land 160ha; urban land 3,741ha; agricultural production area 1,569ha; forestry area 2,404ha; industrial development area 687ha; commercial - service area 79ha; rural residential area 1,633ha.

For Tan Son district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 63,978ha; non-agricultural land 4,798ha; unused land 82ha; urban land 2,087ha; agricultural production area 2,680ha; forestry area 50,189ha; nature and biodiversity conservation area 12,038ha; industrial development area 120ha; commercial - service area 82ha; rural residential area 3,365ha.

For Thanh Ba district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 13,808ha; non-agricultural land 5,518ha; unused land 139ha; urban land 1,163ha; agricultural production area 4,279ha; forestry area 2,963ha; nature and biodiversity conservation area 79ha; industrial development area 461ha; commercial - service area 60ha; rural residential area 4,988ha.

For Thanh Son district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 55,102 hectares; non-agricultural land 6,893 hectares; unused land 116 hectares; urban land 1,208 hectares; agricultural production area 3,250 hectares; forestry area 39,440 hectares; industrial development area 141 hectares; commercial - service area 73 hectares; rural residential area 3,835 hectares.

For Thanh Thuy district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 8,155ha; non-agricultural land 4,333ha; unused land 81ha; urban land 2,365ha; agricultural production area 1,335ha; forestry area 2,474ha; industrial development area 139ha; commercial - service area 267ha; rural residential area 4,476ha.

For Yen Lap district, the land use adjustment targets until 2030 are as follows: Agricultural land 37,866ha; non-agricultural land 5,892ha; unused land 67ha; urban land 1,346ha; agricultural production area 4,275ha; forestry area 26,129ha; nature and biodiversity conservation area 324ha; industrial development area 345ha; commercial - service area 101ha; rural residential area 6,734ha.
