BAC NINH - Bac Giang Ward has just launched a campaign to handle violations of urban order on main streets and handle garbage accumulation points, beautifying the urban and environmental landscape.

Comrade Tran Van Thanh, Chairman of Bac Giang Ward People's Committee, said that after Bac Ninh Newspaper reported on the situation of waste remaining in the area, on the morning of September 21, the Ward People's Committee organized and mobilized machines and forces to clean up and clear the waste accumulation points mentioned by the Newspaper. Among them, there is a point of solid waste and household waste remaining on Hoang Van Thu Street (section through Thanh Xuong Giang residential area, belonging to Dong Giang residential group), returning a clean and beautiful environment, ensuring traffic safety through this road section.

Along with clearing out the garbage accumulation points, on the morning of September 21, the People's Committee of Bac Giang Ward launched a campaign to handle violations of urban order on the main streets under the ward's management. The participating forces included leaders, officers and soldiers of the Police; the Economic - Infrastructure - Urban Department, the Bac Giang Ward Public Service Supply Center, youth union members and members of the urban order maintenance teams of 5 residential groups on the main road section of Le Loi Street.

The authorities combined propaganda, reminders, and instructions on how to park motorbikes and bicycles in the right lines, requiring businesses not to display goods on the sidewalk; not to place or place signs or advertisements on the sidewalk; not to use umbrellas or tarpaulins...; reminding households on both sides of the street to throw garbage on time and in the right place; and working with people to move and remove flower pots, ornamental plants, stone tables and chairs... installed and planted spontaneously by people at the roots of urban trees.

At the same time, handle cases of parking cars on the road in unauthorized places; resolutely handle cases of violations and repeated violations of urban order and construction order along Le Loi street.

The youth union members focused on removing the classified advertising signs posted on walls, electric poles, and tree stumps along Le Loi Street. Previously, the functional forces of the Ward Public Service Supply Center organized mobile propaganda, reminding and requesting businesses here not to use the roadway or sidewalk for business and to park their vehicles according to regulations...

“From now until the day before the 1st Congress of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, the government and functional units of Bac Giang ward will coordinate to handle violations of urban order and construction order, and mobilize people to clean up the streets in the area, especially main roads such as Hung Vuong, Hoang Van Thu, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ngo Gia Tu, etc. Thereby, ensuring a clean and beautiful environment, traffic safety for pedestrians and vehicles, contributing to the success of the Congress”, said comrade Tran Van Thanh.
