Ha Lam Ward launches 90-day campaign to build, enrich, and clean up the national land database

On the afternoon of September 22, the People's Committee of Ha Lam Ward held a conference to launch a 90-day campaign to build, enrich, and clean up the national land database. The campaign will end on November 30, 2025 in the ward, with specific goals of collecting, digitizing, and updating data on land use rights and house ownership certificates.

At the conference, the Ward People's Committee assigned specific tasks to the Working Group to implement the ward's campaign. Accordingly, the work of propagating and disseminating the 90-day campaign to enrich and clean up the land database with the goal of synchronizing information of land users on the Certificate with the land database, the national database on population and ensuring the rights of people when accessing information on land, creating convenience when using the National Public Service Portal, using the VneID application; reviewing, classifying data, authenticating land plot information with the national database on population; continuing to update, review, adjust and supplement information of land users to ensure that the land database is always "correct - sufficient - clean - alive"; organizing the collection of all types of Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights, and identity cards of land users and house owners who have not yet built in the land database; Create a database for residential land plots and houses that have been granted certificates but have not yet had a land database established.

Ha Lam ward leaders directly answered questions from residential groups and neighborhoods about the campaign's implementation.

The leaders of the Ward People's Committee also exchanged, discussed, and instructed representatives of residential groups, neighborhoods... on how to deploy the campaign; requested residential groups, specialized units, and the Ward Police force to coordinate closely to ensure information security and network security throughout the entire process.
