During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ham Thang ward has made efforts to effectively implement the set goals and tasks, achieving many practical results. The Front has gradually innovated the content and methods of operation, improved the quality, focused on residential areas to propagate, mobilize, and consolidate the great national unity bloc. At the same time, mobilized the people to agree to implement the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies, and local political tasks; actively propagated democracy, protected the people's legitimate rights and interests, participated in supervision, and contributed ideas to build the Party and government.

The Ward Fatherland Front coordinates to mobilize people to participate in emulation movements, notably building exemplary residential areas, model residential areas and civilized urban areas.

The Ward Front has deployed 21 rural traffic works and projects with 4.6 km of concrete roads, with a total cost of 3.85 billion VND, of which the people contributed more than 1.4 billion VND. At the same time, it has built 2 security lighting routes, 2 routes with surveillance cameras; deployed environmental protection models, and built "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Safe" streets.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Phu Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Fatherland Front of Ham Thang ward has achieved in the past time. At the same time, the ward Front has clearly demonstrated its role as a "bridge" in creating consensus and high unity in the merger process, as well as in implementing socio-economic development projects in the locality.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee suggested that, in the new term, the Fatherland Front of Ham Thang ward needs to continue to promote the strength of great national unity, truly be a bridge connecting the Party, the government and the people. The Front must gather and unite all classes of people, compatriots of all ethnic groups, religions, intellectuals, businessmen, overseas Vietnamese and workers... to join hands to build the homeland to develop more and more.

The Congress consulted and elected 52 members to join the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thang ward for the 2025-2030 term; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province.

At the first conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thang Ward, delegates consulted and elected 6 comrades to the Standing Committee. Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tuan Anh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thang Ward, term I, 2025 - 2030.
