Khuong Dinh Ward (new) completes preparations for operating two-level government

On the morning of June 29, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward (new) Tran Thi Nga said that the ward has taken drastic and serious measures, focusing on the work of arranging the organizational apparatus, fully preparing the conditions to put the new ward into operation according to the plan and instructions of the central government and the city.

Accordingly, the work of arranging and setting up headquarters, facilities, means and basic equipment ensures that the new apparatus of the ward can operate effectively and efficiently; the work of preparing documents and files has been reviewed, planned and implemented to ensure proper handover in accordance with regulations. The staff and civil servants are highly unanimous and ready to take on any assigned tasks.

The conditions of infrastructure, information technology, synchronization of information and document processing software are well prepared; the sense of responsibility and attitude of serving the people of cadres, civil servants and public employees are thoroughly understood and enhanced. The software system operates stably, cadres and civil servants have been thoroughly trained and are proficient in their operations; administrative procedures are ready to be received and processed.

The ward also promotes propaganda work, raising awareness among people about the new functions and roles of the Public Administration Service Point, creating favorable conditions for people to access new information and services. At the same time, it renovates and creates a green - clean - beautiful environment, ensuring that the workplace of officials and civil servants is spacious and meets work requirements.

The Party Executive Committee of the ward has organized a pilot operation of the two-level local government model from June 20, 2025 to ensure substance, efficiency, and focus on directing the basic issues of the ward, ensuring leadership and direction throughout all areas, such as: Public administrative services serving people and businesses, Party building, caring for people's lives, ensuring national defense, security, and socio-economic construction and development of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Khuong Dinh ward (new).

The Ward People's Committee has developed a plan to direct the strengthening of the force to maintain environmental sanitation, and at the same time organize propaganda to departments, organizations, agencies, units, businesses and people in the area to participate in maintaining environmental sanitation to ensure clean streets; not to throw or litter on the sidewalks, and to dispose of garbage on time and in the right place...

Responding to the movement, in recent days, forces, organizations and people in the ward have simultaneously launched campaigns to tidy up roads and streets, remove awnings, canopies, roofs, signs, and billboards that violate regulations; collect waste, handle sidewalk encroachment, return the sidewalks to a clear space..., mobilize people to practice a civilized lifestyle, not litter on the streets, not encroach on sidewalks for trading, each residential group voluntarily cleans up, ensuring environmental hygiene.

Thus, the preparation work for putting into operation the two-level local government model in Khuong Dinh ward has been completed to serve people and businesses in the area from July 1, 2025.
