The ward renovated and repaired the "one-stop" department in a modern and friendly direction, installed air conditioners, waiting chairs, equipped with computers, printers, and scanners.

In 2023, the ward will also invest in installing a camera surveillance system at the "one-stop" department and working corridor, creating convenience for leaders and the ward's people's inspection board in monitoring and inspecting administrative activities and receiving citizens...

Van An Ward also tightens discipline, improves the quality of leadership and direction. The Ward clearly stipulates that cadres and civil servants are responsible to the Ward People's Committee leaders for targets, progress, and quality of work. Every month and every week, the Ward People's Committee holds extraordinary and regular meetings on administrative reform. Departments that do well will be commended and rewarded, and departments that do not do well will be strictly reviewed and criticized, and that will be used as the result of the year-end emulation assessment...

Thanks to the above solutions, in 2022, Van An ward rose to 3rd place out of 17 wards and communes in administrative reform of Chi Linh city and ranked 1st in 2023. In particular, the administrative procedure reform index continuously achieved absolute scores.

In 2023, Van An Ward is the leading unit in Chi Linh City in terms of online fee and charge payment rate. This result is due to the locality promoting the application of information technology in receiving and handling administrative procedures. The Ward established a team to guide citizens in performing online public services. Propaganda and guidance for people to submit online applications, pay fees and charges online... From November 2023, Van An Ward will issue electronic receipts to organizations and individuals when paying fees and charges related to handling administrative procedures.

Ms. Do Huong Tuyet, a civil servant of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Van An Ward, said that at the ward's "one-stop" department, there is an additional union officer who is knowledgeable about information technology and directly guides people in handling administrative procedures online. Currently, 100% of ward officials and civil servants use official mailboxes to exchange information on professional activities; skillfully use issued digital certificates and digital signatures.

Since the beginning of the year, Van An Ward People's Committee has received and processed nearly 1,300 files. The rate of online fee payment reached 70%. The rate of online file receipt reached 97.4%; the rate of administrative procedure result files reached 99.74%. 100% of administrative procedure files were processed correctly and before the deadline.
