Attending the Congress, on behalf of PTSC Corporation, there was comrade Tran Hai Phuong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Group's Youth Union, Secretary of the Youth Union of PTSC Corporation attending online; on behalf of PTSC Quang Ngai Company, there was comrade Le Hong Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Company; comrade Nguyen Duc Hoa - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Company, Vice Chairman of the Company's Trade Union and comrades in the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Trade Union Executive Committee, Veterans Association, heads and deputy heads of departments under the Company. In addition, the Congress was also honored to welcome representatives of the grassroots Youth Unions, including: comrade Dang Van Than - Member of the Provincial Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Youth Union and Children's Affairs Committee, Former Secretary of the Youth Union of Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union; comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Thuong - Vice Chairman of the People's Council of An Phu Commune, former Secretary of the Quang Ngai City Youth Union; comrade Le Van Trung - Secretary of the Youth Union of Nghia Lo Ward; Comrade Luu Quoc Bao - Member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Nghia Lo Ward, former Secretary of the Youth Union of Le Hong Phong Ward and Comrade Nguyen Lan Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, Head of the Central Oil and Gas Coordination Cluster.
At the Congress, PTSC Quang Ngai youth together summarized and evaluated the implementation of the Resolution of the Congresses at all levels for the period 2022 - 2025, assessed the advantages, successes, as well as the limitations that need to be overcome, and drew lessons to propose directions and tasks for the new term to build and develop the Youth Union organization more and more strongly.
During the period of 2022 - 2025, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union has actively developed Youth Union activities at the unit and responded to the programs of the Corporation as well as the superior Youth Union. Inheriting the achievements and enthusiasm of the previous generation, along with the attention of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the Leaders of the departments, the Party Cells under the Company's Party Committee, the timely direction of the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Corporation, the enthusiastic support and coordination of the Company's socio-political organizations and the grassroots Youth Unions in the province and other grassroots Youth Unions under PTSC Corporation, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union has not only successfully maintained traditional annual movements but also continued to build and develop increasingly new and diverse youth movements, combined with exchange and solidarity work with other Youth Unions in Quang Ngai province. Typical programs are: Traditional charity red envelopes; Typical youth projects: house repair, solar energy road, green road, children's playground...
The total value of implementation in the field of shock and volunteering for community life in the period of 2022 - 2025 reached over 600,000,000 VND. PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union also maintains community health care activities such as voluntary blood donation, annual medicine distribution, coordination in tree planting, and organizing meaningful activities on the occasion of the environmental month. In addition, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union also builds and sends Youth Union members to participate in competitions, training programs for Youth Union members, extracurricular exchange activities, team building to foster, connect and develop the organization's Youth Union members. PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union is also very active in organizing and participating in cultural, physical education and sports activities such as: Internal Sports Festival, football tournaments, Mass Art Festival, Sports Festival organized by the Group and General Corporation.
Contributing to the summary report of the Youth Union for the period 2022 - 2025, the Youth Union of PTSC Dung Quat Port gave a speech with the topic: "Innovative and creative youth contribute to promoting production and business activities at PTSC Dung Quat Port".
At the Congress, the Company's Party Committee commended 03 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and Youth movement of PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union in the period 2022 - 2025.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai, term IV, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 07 comrades, representing the will and aspirations of the youth in the whole Company, with full intelligence, capacity and enthusiasm to successfully carry out the tasks, programs of the Union and youth movements in the new term. Comrade Huynh Thi Thanh Loc was elected as Secretary of the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai Company, term 2025 - 2030.
After more than three years of the 2022 - 2025 period, the PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union has remained steadfast, completing assigned tasks, promoting its role as a leading organization and representing the Company's elite youth generation. With youth, intelligence and aspiration to contribute, the Executive Committee of the PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union for the 2025 - 2030 term is determined to continue writing new pages of pride and continue to make the PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union develop and become stronger.
