Thoroughly educate the team of managers, teachers, and staff about the regulations, rules, codes of conduct, and ethics of teachers at the unit. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the regulations on codes of conduct in preschool and general education institutions of the Ministry of Education and Training. Specifically, do not use social networks to disseminate, propagate, or comment on information or images that are contrary to good customs, the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, or that negatively affect the educational environment. Do not cheat, lie, slander, cause animosity, harass, coerce, threaten, or be violent towards others. Strictly follow the regulations on teachers' conduct with students, parents of students, etc.
Implement the regulations on teachers' ethics. Implement the regulations on operating fees of the school's and class's parent-teacher association for parents to know. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to take advantage of the name of the parent-teacher association to collect fees outside of the regulations. The operating budget of the parent-teacher association is managed, used and only serves its direct activities; not used for the following purposes: Protecting school facilities, ensuring school security, supervising student vehicles, cleaning classrooms, cleaning the school, rewarding management staff and teachers.
Teachers are strictly prohibited from keeping the operating funds of the class's parents. The principal and homeroom teachers shall supervise the school's and class's parent representative committee in managing and using the committee's operating funds according to regulations.
The leaders of the Department of Education and Training of District 1 also strictly prohibit teachers from giving extra classes against regulations.
