Vietnam-Russian Federation Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation paid an official visit to Vietnam and co-chaired the 4th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the State Duma of the Russian Federation on September 28 and 29.

At the invitation of Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin led a high-ranking Russian delegation to pay an official visit to Vietnam and co-chair the 4th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the Vietnamese National Assembly and the Russian State Duma on September 28 and 29.

This is Mr. Volodin's third visit to Vietnam in his capacity as Chairman of the State Duma, contributing to deepening the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in general and the close and good cooperation between the Vietnamese National Assembly and the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Parliament in particular./.
