Quang Nam announced 3 administrative procedures authorized by the Provincial People's Committee in the field of judicial records.

According to this decision, the Provincial People's Committee announced 3 amended and supplemented provincial-level administrative procedures in the field of judicial records under the state management functions of the Department of Justice.

These procedures include: Issuing criminal records to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam; issuing criminal records to state agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations (for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam); issuing criminal records to prosecution agencies (for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam).

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to update the national database on administrative procedures (at https://csdl.dichvucong.gov.vn) and the department's electronic information page in accordance with regulations. At the same time, fully and accurately complete the content of administrative procedures, develop internal procedures for handling administrative procedures to establish electronic procedures on the electronic one-stop information system in accordance with regulations.
