Quang Nam adjusts traffic organization on coastal roads DT.603B and DT.619

For section 1, including DT.603B road from the border of Da Nang city to the beginning of DT.619 road and DT.619 road from the beginning of the route to Cua Dai bridge, tractor-trailers and unibody vehicles pulling trailers will be prohibited.

Notably, trucks with a carrying capacity of more than 10 tons (according to the inspection certificate) will be banned from traveling from 5am to 10pm every day to ensure safety and avoid noise affecting the tourism environment and people's lives. The allowed time to travel is from 10pm the previous day to 5am the following day, but the speed limit is no more than 50km/h.

Fire trucks, ambulances, and vehicles used for maintenance, incident handling, and rescue are allowed to operate normally. Other vehicles operate normally according to the established road signaling system on the route.

During the ban period, the above vehicles can travel on other roads. Specifically, the direction from Da Nang to Hoi An and vice versa will follow DT.607, QL.1, Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway through cross-roads such as DT.603, DH8.DB, DT.607B, DT.608. The direction from Nui Thanh to Hoi An and vice versa will follow QL.1, Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway through cross-roads such as DT.613, QL.14E, QL.40B and other cross-roads in the south.

For section 2, DT.619 road from Cua Dai bridge to QL.40B (Dien Hong slope) allows all vehicles to circulate, limiting the speed of tractor-trailers and trailer-pulling vehicles to no more than 50km/h.

For section 3, DT.619 road from Dien Hong slope to DT.620 (intersection of Chu Lai airport entrance) allows all vehicles to circulate but limits the speed of tractor-trailers and trailer-pulling vehicles to no more than 50km/h.

Notably, after this section is completed, construction must comply with the planning cross-section and traffic safety regulations, then traffic organization solutions will be adjusted similar to section 2.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Construction to deploy signs according to the traffic organization adjustment plan for sections 1 and 2. Coordinate with the Provincial Traffic Police and local police to monitor the traffic situation on DT.603B, DT.619 and routes directly and indirectly connected to DT.603B, DT.619 to implement measures to ensure traffic safety.
