In addition, the new Circular supplements the areas in which flight safety supervisors under the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam and airport authorities are granted supervisor cards to perform.
Specifically, the task of managing the training and coaching of ANS flight operations management staff is added, in addition to the previously prescribed tasks such as flight operations management (AN); air traffic management (ATM); aviation meteorology (MET); aviation information information (AIS); search and rescue (SAR); flight procedures (PANS-OPS); maps, aeronautical charts (MAP/CHART) and aeronautical data; surveillance navigation information (CNS).
