Launching two meaningful publications to celebrate National Day September 2

On August 28, at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), the Truth National Political Publishing House coordinated with the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security to introduce two important publications: The Communist Party of Vietnam through its congresses - Historic decisions; When the people need it, when the people are in trouble, there is the Public Security.

The book The Communist Party of Vietnam through Congresses - Historical Decisions, edited by Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, is a profound summary of theory and practice. The book affirms the historical significance of each congress, thereby clarifying the Party's vision and correct decisions during 95 years of revolutionary leadership. The work not only helps review the glorious tradition of the Party, but also contributes to orienting the entire Party, army and people in the context of preparing for the 14th Congress.

The book "When the people need, when the people are in trouble, there are the police" is a typical work compiled under the direction of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, vividly recreating the image of the people's public security soldier loyal to the Party, devoted to the Fatherland and closely attached to the people.

The work gathers many stories, documents, and authentic images about the silent sacrifices of the police force in combat and in peacetime, especially in the prevention of epidemics, natural disasters, storms and floods. This is a book of gratitude, recognizing the great contributions of the People's Police for the peace of the country and the lives of the people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director and Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House, emphasized that the two books are important documents, both traditional educational and practical, serving political and ideological work. He affirmed that the book's content clearly depicts the flesh-and-blood relationship between the police and the people, while also clarifying the Party's historical lessons.

On this occasion, the National Political Publishing House Truth presented books to Party and State leaders, agencies and units to spread the value and message of these two special works.
