Launching food safety inspection at exam sites

- From June 24 to 27, the Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Team of the Department of Health and District Health Centers will inspect and supervise the operations of restaurants, eateries and collective kitchens at examination sites in the province.

Check the kitchen of the Provincial Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities.

The delegation will conduct inspections of restaurant and eatery businesses, check the sale and purchase of food and fast food; check food safety conditions; health certificates; food safety knowledge of the owner and employees; check the water source in use and invoices and documents proving the origin of the food; coordinate with the examination council to directly inspect the kitchen serving directly the judges, the examination council and the candidates.
