Because I was in a signal depression area, I had to move to a place with an internet connection to turn on the computer, sign and send it. However, the whole process only took a very short time, while previously the documents would have had to wait until the next day. Thanks to digital signatures, we still save many working hours every day; documents connected with the provincial level are quickly completed, and work is handled promptly."

Synchronize digital signature application

According to the report of the Department of Science and Technology, up to now, 100% of provincial departments, branches and sectors have been instructed, completed their dossiers and issued new or changed digital certificate information, and deployed the use of specialized digital signatures for public service in accordance with regulations. For the commune level, after reviewing, 100% of the People's Committees of communes and wards have sent dossiers requesting the issuance of digital signatures to officials at the Public Administration Service Center, serving the digitization of administrative procedure records, ensuring synchronous implementation at agencies and units.

The use of digital signatures has changed the traditional working method, helping to raise the sense of responsibility, discipline, and administrative discipline among the staff and civil servants. All operations are performed on the Document Management and Operation software system, electronic documents are easy to check and monitor. At the same time, the work processing process is shortened, saving administrative costs, ensuring quick and effective service to people and businesses.
