At the Na Ri Commune Public Administration Service Center, many people came to do administrative procedures from early morning. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, Yen Lac village, came to do land procedures. If before she had to go to the district, through many departments, now she only needs to go to the commune. After submitting the application, the officer on duty gave specific instructions on each step, the processing time was significantly shortened.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu said: Less travel, faster procedures, enthusiastic staff guide us people through the working process.
Not only land procedures, online public services are also increasingly accessible to the people. Ms. Ly Thi Nhi Ha, also in Yen Lac village, only took about 5-10 minutes to complete the procedures thanks to the support of the staff in charge of the work field. "The staff gave specific instructions, the operations were quick and easy, I found it very easy to do" - Ms. Ha shared.
