TPO – In preparation for the National Football Super Cup – THACO Cup 2023/2024, providing the best conditions for the two teams Nam Dinh Green Steel and Dong A Thanh Hoa as well as a large number of fans, the organization work is taking place actively at Thien Truong Stadium.

This is the first time Thien Truong Stadium has hosted the National Super Cup. However, it has hosted major tournaments such as the 2003 and 2021 SEA Games and international friendly matches between the Vietnam National Team and Syria and Palestine in 2023. |

Therefore, Thien Truong Stadium is confident that it will successfully host the National Super Cup match - THACO Cup 2023/2024 between Nam Dinh Green Steel and Dong A Thanh Hoa on August 31. |

In preparation for the pinnacle match of Vietnamese football, over the past few days the Management Board of Thien Truong Stadium has carried out a comprehensive overhaul of facilities, equipment as well as turf care. |

The automatic irrigation system helps the grass have an ideal green color, in addition to maintenance and trimming to ensure the appropriate size, meeting international standards. In addition to the 2023/2024 National Football Super Cup, Thien Truong Stadium will also host 3 matches of Nam Dinh Green Steel in the AFC Champions League Two. |

It can be seen that after the 2023/2024 V-League season, under the management of Nam Dinh High Performance Sports Center, the quality of the grass of Thien Truong Stadium has been restored quite well, ready for the new season, starting with the 2023/2024 National Football Super Cup. |

According to Mr. Do Dinh Diem - Director of Nam Dinh High Performance Sports Center, the management unit of Thien Truong Stadium, the 2023/2024 National Football Super Cup has great significance for football fans across the country in general, and Nam Dinh people in particular. Therefore, all officers and employees of the Center are working hard, committed to providing the best conditions for the match. |

Despite the hot midday sun, maintenance and repair work on the lighting system is still being carried out urgently. The 2023/2024 National Football Super Cup takes place at 6:00 p.m. on August 31. Therefore, the lighting system must be in the best condition, providing light covering the entire stadium area. |

Mr. Do Dinh Diem believes that Thien Truong Stadium will have no empty seats in the 2023/2024 National Football Super Cup. “The love of football and the enthusiasm of Thanh Nam fans, combined with the excitement after the first national championship in 39 years of Nam Dinh Green Steel, Thien Truong Stadium will be packed with spectators,” affirmed the Director of Nam Dinh High Performance Sports Center. |

During the inspection of the preparation process, Mr. Do Dinh Diem also emphasized that ensuring security and safety for the National Football Super Cup is an important task. The possibility of audience overload has been taken into account, and a large force of security personnel will also be mobilized to avoid the situation of spectators flooding the field due to excitement. |

“We are closely coordinating with relevant parties and Tien Phong newspaper , making detailed plans and carefully calculating many options, both ensuring professional factors and promoting the best image of Nam Dinh people and homeland to fans across the country,” said Mr. Do Dinh Diem. |
