After the case of a commune official being prosecuted but still working, Ca Mau is reviewing party members who violated the law.

On August 9, regarding the case of a prosecuted commune official still coming to work at the office, the Inspection Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee has just issued an official dispatch directing the Standing Committee of the affiliated Party Committee to continue reviewing and reporting on the situation of party members violating the law.

According to the Inspection Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, on July 25, the unit sent a dispatch requesting the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee to coordinate in reviewing and reporting the situation of Party members in the Party Committee who violated the law (being prosecuted, investigated, prosecuted, wanted, detained or having a court verdict) that have not yet been disciplined. However, some Party Committees did not report complete information about their positions, work units, and related procedural documents as required.

Therefore, to conduct a thorough and strict review, the Inspection Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of the subordinate Party Committee to continue reviewing cases of party members who violated the law, including cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (before the merger of the province and the new Ca Mau province).

As reported by SGGP Newspaper, on April 24, the Investigation Police Agency - Ca Mau Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute Mr. Huynh Nghia for the crime of "Forgery in work", stipulated in Clause 3, Article 359 of the Penal Code. At this time, Mr. Nghia was a specialist of the former Department of Internal Affairs of Thoi Binh District; former Justice - Civil Status officer of the People's Committee of Tri Phai Commune.

On May 5, the Ca Mau Provincial Police Department announced the prosecution of Mr. Huynh Nghia as a party member, and sent it to the former Thoi Binh District Party Committee Inspection Committee to review and handle the party member who violated the law, but has not yet received any results. Recently, on July 16, the Investigation Police Agency - Ca Mau Provincial Police Department continued to send a document to the Bien Bach Commune Party Committee to review and handle Mr. Huynh Nghia in terms of the Party according to regulations.

Although Mr. Huynh Nghia was prosecuted, when the district level was dissolved (July 1), Mr. Nghia was still assigned to work as a specialist at the Department of Culture and Society of Bien Bach commune and continued to work normally.
