Directed by the talented director Zhang Yimou, the show "Impression Lijiang" is a world- class outdoor theater production. The special feature of the show is that the stage is located at an altitude of more than 3,100m above sea level, with the backdrop of the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Here, more than 500 actors from 10 ethnic minorities living here brought emotional performances, recreating the life, customs and unique culture of the Naxi people in the land of Lijiang.

2. Time of show "Impression Lijiang"
The show "Impressions of Lijiang" is performed three times a day at 9am, 11am and 2pm. Each performance lasts 90 minutes, enough for you to fully enjoy the colorful and meaningful performances. The opening of the show “Impressions of Lijiang” is the majestic image of “The Ancient Tea Horse Road”, recreating the historical road associated with the lives of the Naxi people. Constructed from red sand and stone, the scene creates the feeling of a caravan wandering in the sky.
Lijiang was an important trading point on Yunnan's Tea and Horse Road. The caravans that exchanged tea for horses left a deep mark on the culture and life of the Naxi people. On stage, the image of a man dancing on horseback recreates the strength and resilience of the ancient caravans.
