According to information from the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province, on March 7, 2024, the Department issued a document requesting 6 real estate trading floors to report on their operations.

In particular, the Department of Construction requires real estate trading floors to report on their operating status (still operating, ceasing operations, dissolved, bankrupt, etc.); operating location; operating capacity of the floor and other related contents as of March 2024.

The deadline for submitting reports to the Department of Construction is before March 22, 2024. However, on April 3, the Department of Construction informed that it had "not yet received reports from the units". Therefore, the Department of Construction requested real estate trading floors to seriously implement the reporting as requested by the Department (in Document No. 459/SXD-QLN) before April 12, 2024. At the same time, the Department of Construction said that after the above deadline, any unit that does not comply will be handled by the Department according to regulations.

The leader of the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province said that as of the afternoon of April 5, the Department had not received any reports.

However, through monitoring, some real estate trading floors are not operating, changing their operating address but not notifying the management agency, not implementing the reporting regime as prescribed...

The Department of Construction requested 6 real estate trading floors located in Tuy Hoa City to report, including Comreals real estate trading floor (Comreals Real Estate Company Limited); Bich Hop real estate trading floor (Bich Hop Company Limited); Gia Thanh Land real estate trading floor (Gia Thanh Land Real Estate Brokerage and Services Company Limited).

Hong Phuc Land real estate trading floor (Hong Phuc Land Investment Consulting Company Limited); Viet Thanh Land real estate trading floor (Viet Thanh Joint Stock Company) and Money real estate trading floor (Dai Hung Ha Company Limited).
