Digital skills training for all citizens

That is one of the contents in the Plan to organize the Lifelong Learning Response Week (from October 1 to 7) in 2025 issued by the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, with the theme "Learning to develop yourself, master knowledge and technology, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country".

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and units to promote propaganda about the role of self-study and lifelong learning associated with proactive mastery of knowledge and technology; organize training and foster digital skills for all people; introduce and guide the use of online learning platforms, mobile applications and digital science warehouses.

In addition, launch a movement to build digital libraries and digital bookcases at educational institutions and communities; encourage the use of shared electronic libraries so that everyone can easily access knowledge; organize competitions, experience programs on digital technology and new knowledge, and activities connecting schools and businesses... Depending on the actual situation and specific conditions, agencies, units, and localities proactively organize activities with appropriate, creative, and effective forms and contents.
